General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website dream-brush.com, operated by DreamBrush.com by DRAW LICE CONCEPT INK, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 981 171 226 00013.

1. Products

The products offered are artistic prints (prints and canvases) made on demand. The visuals presented on the website are as faithful as possible to the actual products, within the limits of technical display constraints.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. DreamBrush.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during the order process. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery

Orders are manufactured and shipped via our print-on-demand partner. Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination. DreamBrush.com cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Print-on-demand items are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
